1. The Library shall remain open to the readers from 10.00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days.
2. The issue counter will remain open from 10:00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days.
3. Each member must produce the library card or college ID card during library visits.
4. Every member must sign the Attendance Register available at the entrance of the library.
5. The library card or College ID card must be produced at the time of borrowing the books.
6. Failure to return books on time will result in a late penalty of Rs.1.00 per day against each book.
7. Borrowers are responsible for loss, tearing or deterioration of the Library Book, and the fair value of the book shall be paid by the borrowers.
8. Journals, magazines, newspapers, reference books/dissertations/reports will not be issued. The library will issue textbooks for 15 days only to a bonafide reader.
9. Library cards are not transferable. The user will be responsible for any misuse and loss of the card. If any anomalies occur with the card, the user must immediately notify the library.
10. Loss of the library card will result in a penalty of Rs.50/-.
11. Anyone who violates the library rules and regulations will lose the privileges of library membership.
12. When entering the library, all personal items such as bags, umbrellas, and boxes must be deposited on the property shelf at your own risk. Personal books, laptops or other reading materials may be taken into the library with the permission of the library.
13. The Librarian shall have the power to refuse admission to any person who violates the rules and regulations of the Library and shall report the offense to the Principal/Library Committee if it is of a serious nature.
14. Any misuse of the library card will result in the cancellation of privileges enjoyed by members
