All admissions for the HS 1st Year class are conducted exclusively through the DARPAN admission portal, managed by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC).

• Application via Darpan: Students must register on the Darpan portal, complete their profile, and select Bapujee College, Sarukshetri from the list of institutions.
• Merit List & Selection: After the application window closes, Bapujee College will process the applications and publish the merit list directly on the Darpan portal. Merit list will be prepared as per the govt. reservation policy.
• Accepting Admission: Selected students will be notified via SMS/portal dashboard. To secure a seat, students must log in to Darpan and actively "Accept" the admission offer from Bapujee College within the stipulated timeframe.
• Document Verification: After accepting the seat online, students must visit the college campus on the designated dates for the physical verification of original documents (Marksheets, Pass Certificates, Caste/Income certificates if applicable).

Applicants must upload scanned copies of the following documents while submitting the online application:

🕒 At the time of admission: Candidates must produce the original documents along with self-attested copies and a recent passport-size photograph for the identity card.

Admissions for FYUGP (Four-year Undergraduate Programme) will be conducted exclusively through the Assam State Higher Education Admission Portal (SAMARTH).

• Programme Options: Students are permitted up to six (6) programme options during selection. You may select multiple programme preferences within Bapujee College.
• Academic Scrutiny: The Bapujee College admission committee will perform academic scrutiny by verifying marks after candidates enter their SAMARTH form numbers or CUET registration numbers.
• Merit Lists: The total number of students on our merit list will strictly adhere to the sanctioned seat matrix for each specific major or discipline-specific programme. The list will be visible in the "merit list section" of the Samarth portal. Merit list will be prepared as per the govt. reservation policy.

• Mandatory Acceptance: Selected students will receive an admission offer message with a URL. We can only process the grant of admission after the applicant logs into the portal and actively accepts the admission offer.
• Upgrades: If a student is offered admission to a higher-preference programme in a subsequent merit list, they must raise a cancellation request for their previous seat on the first day of the new list's publication before 5 P.M.
• Fee Waivers: Bapujee College reserves the right to check and verify the Income Certificates for applicants claiming the Fee Waiver category (income below 4 lakhs). If the claim cannot be authenticated, admission will be granted under the standard non-fee waiver category.
• Refunds: If an applicant cancels to upgrade, the fee will be refunded automatically (if paid via the Integrated Payment Gateway). For cash payments, refunds must be collected from the college office.
